• Median of one deterministically selected, current, reviewed public on-demand H100 price per provider. Quote-only, unavailable, unapproved, superseded, and expired rows are excluded.
• The headline change combines price observations and sample composition. It should not be read as a pure same-provider market move.
• The historical series did not preserve row-level constituent IDs for the prior report, so a constant-provider comparison cannot be supported without inventing the prior provider set.

• The prior history point recorded 7 providers; the corrected July benchmark contains 6.
• The prior report preserved the sample count but not constituent IDs; exact additions and removals are therefore not claimed.
• No H100 constituent was excluded for review expiration at this report’s as-of timestamp.
• RunPod Secure is excluded because its current row is not approved for public display; that is an eligibility decision, not evidence that the provider lacks H100 capacity.

• Public list prices are not quotes and do not establish orderable capacity.
• Availability, region, networking, reservation terms, and minimum cluster size can make two H100 offers economically different.
• A change in sample composition can move the median even when unchanged provider prices do not move.
• Rows expire at the end of the 30-day editorial review window and remain excluded until reviewed again.
